The www.templero.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Temple Ro ("Temple Ro"). www.templero.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.templero.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Temple Ro content is not for resale. Temple Ro reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Temple Ro's sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Temple Ro does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Temple Ro specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Anything posted or otherwise submitted to Temple Ro, whether on the templero.com website, blog, or via any form of social media, will be treated as public and nonproporietary. By submitting photographs, comments or other materials to Temple Ro, you grant Temple Ro a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify such submissions. All such submissions shall automatically become Temple Ro’s sole and exclusive property. In addition, when you post photographs, reviews or comments to TempleRo.com or on any of Temple Ro’s social media networks, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, if any, in connection with that submission. You further represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to any content submitted to Temple Ro.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All graphics, images and content on the TempleRo.com website and blog belong exclusively to Temple Ro, or its affiliates. The use of any Temple Ro trademarks or service marks without Temple Ro’s express written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use Temple Ro’s trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service that is in any way likely to cause confusion or to disparage or discredit Temple Ro. In addition, you may not use any of Temple Ro’s trademarks or service marks in meta tags without Temple Ro’s explicit prior consent.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO COMPANY WEBSITE
Temple Ro provides an area for our users and members to contribute feedback to our website and blog. When you submit ideas, documents, suggestions and/or proposals ("Contributions") to our site, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) your Contributions do not contain any type of confidential or proprietary information;
b) Temple Ro shall not be liable or under any obligation to ensure or maintain confidentiality, expressed or implied, related to any Contributions;
c) Temple Ro shall be entitled to make use of and/or disclose any such Contributions in any such manner as they may see fit;
d) the contributor's Contributions shall automatically become the sole property of Temple Ro; and
e) Temple Ro is under no obligation to either compensate or provide any form of reimbursement in any manner or nature.

Temple Ro does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to www.templero.com (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Temple Ro Site or our associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Temple Ro, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, manufacture product, and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Temple Ro is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Temple Ro's sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Temple Ro from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Temple Ro Content accessed through www.templero.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Temple Ro, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Temple Ro reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Temple Ro in asserting any available defenses.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. TEMPLE RO AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
TEMPLE RO AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TEMPLE RO AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Termination/access restriction
Temple Ro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Temple Ro as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Temple Ro's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Temple Ro's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Temple Ro with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Temple Ro with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Temple Ro with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
You acknowledge, understand and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or the TOS must be filed within 1 year after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.
Changes to Terms
Temple Ro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.templero.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Temple Ro encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
